Hershey’s Sues Over Brownie Pan
Would you want a brownie made in this pan? Kind of turns your brownie into a chocolate bar, right? Williams-Sonoma’s chocolate-bar-inspired pan would seem to be an homage to the Hershey bar, but The Hershey’s Company is not flattered — in fact, they’re suing.

An ancient drink goes mainstream
Along with her SCRAM bracelet, Lindsay Lohan has recently been seen with another new accoutrement adhered to one of her appendages.
Photos of the newly blond paparazzi-magnet show her clutching bottles of an unfamiliar organic drink seemingly wherever she goes. She gulped the stuff during an outing with friends, and again during a nine-hour visit to a Beverly Hills hair salon.
