Grossest food at the Calgary Stampede
While most people know the Calgary Stampede for its controversial chuck-wagon races, well-dressed cowboys or all-night parties, others know it for something far less appealing: some of the strangest and grossest fun food available anywhere. It’s no secret that every Stampede offers new one-of-a-kind snack creations on the grounds which disappear from Calgary’s culinary landscape when the gates close for another summer. And after a night of trying most of them, I can tell you that’s probably a good thing.
